Charlie co-founded Maris and serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the group from East Africa. Prior to establishing Maris, Charlie developed a successful portfolio of venture businesses specialized in investments in post-conflict regions in Africa and Afghanistan.

With her extensive experience advising large corporates and institutional investors on nature-based carbon removal and impact investing as the Vice President of Goldman Sachs, Maria Eugenia and her co-founder created Abatable, an innovative carbon intelligence and procurement platform. Abatable connects carbon project developers, intermediaries, corporates and investors, providing access to and
supporting credible climate solutions for those hard-to-abate emissions.

Worldview is a pioneering international NGO, a leader in blue carbon projects. Dr. Arne Fjørtoft used to be the Chairman of Venstre, Norway’s green liberal party, and is now special advisor to the Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources in Sri Lanka.

Peter is a globally recognised leader in the clean cookstove industry. He founded BURN in 2011 to save lives and forests in the developing world through the design and manufacture of efficient, clean burning cookstoves.
